Speed and style make this crew hard kill and even harder to catch. Unit abilities are Seeker Rockets, and a double serving of Concussion Grenades. Dual MK-64 light machine guns fire a maelstrom of bullets that make short work of enemy units but prove less effective against heavily armored Gravcycles. However, a shot from the Ion Disruptor will temporarily stun and weaken opponents, creating an opportunity for a deadly, one-two punch combo.
Powerful, close-range support with the ability to create vulnerability on targets while interrupting enemy charged attacks with the Ion Disrupter, Neon Dreams relies on agility and speed for hit and run strikes.
